“The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him. “
Proverbs 20:7

Honour thy father and mother; which is the first  (commandment with promise;) Ephesians 6:2

“Which Path?”

Our young people are bombarded with choices. Will they follow God or their peers? Adults are faced with the same dilemma. Will they follow God or the world? “Choose this day whom you will serve Joshua 24:15a”.

Summer break is a time to relax and let your hair down, but don’t forget whose you are. In May we gave honor to our mothers, in June our fathers. However we are to honor them and God daily. Your behavior not only reflects on you, your parents, your church family, but God himself!

So remember before you take the next step your parents may not be there or the church family, but God is! The voice in the back of your head is the Holy Spirit trying to help you make the right decisions. Listen to Him! Let your behavior be an example to others of a Christian life. You can still have fun and enjoy yourself, but in all you do always remember it should bring glory and honor to God!

“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:6 NKJV
