Secondly, consolidation of inputs occurs from July
through September.
During this time, we de-conflict the calendar items to the
greatest extent possible.
Feedback from the ministry teams is still crucial to the
budget/calendar team at this point.
But if we work well together we may realize opportunities
to even create unplanned synergies between ministry groups – the
possibility is certainly there.
The main idea is to negotiate around any visible
conflicts on the calendar.
The end product of this phase should be a complete,
coordinated, funded calendar of events that the Budget/Calendar
committee can present to the Trustees by the October Trustee
meeting.
